This local gallery invited Gallions musicians to perform at the opening event of a new exhibition; this followed two of those who run the gallery attending our end of term concert and being wowed by the standard of music.
Our choir opened on the outdoor stage, drawing in a large crowd. Our cello and double bass group ‘Bass Attack’ then followed this inside the gallery; they had a standing ovation and what seemed like a never ending round of applause to some extremely impressed guests.
The children really thrived on the opportunity to get out of the school hall and perform in the community. They show courage and of course their brilliant musical ability.
